A Crowd Closer to Your Stage of Life at Cellar Door
Cellar Door has been the Pleasanton venue for Singles Mingle in 2026. Mixers landed there in July, August and September. The July and September nights were open to everyone 21 & Up. August was an age edition, with $10 at the door.
Age editions are not about keeping anyone out. They exist so you can spend an evening in a crowd closer to your stage of life, where conversations about grown kids or career changes come naturally. If that sounds like you, the over 35 and over 50 pages cover the 35 & Up and 50 & Up editions.
Prefer a mixed crowd? The 21 & Up format is the flagship, and it is described on the singles mixers page. Nothing stops you from trying both.
Main Street and a Night Out Downtown
Downtown Pleasanton is the kind of place where an evening plan comes together easily. Main Street has the well known arched Pleasanton sign over the road, a long row of restaurants and bars, and sidewalks that make it pleasant to walk after dark. Get there early, grab dinner, then wander over to the mixer.
The town has plenty of other landmarks people use to give directions. The Alameda County Fairgrounds sit just west of downtown, Stoneridge Shopping Center is up by the freeway, and Pleasanton Ridge and Shadow Cliffs are where a lot of locals spend their weekend mornings. If you meet someone at a mixer and want a low pressure second hangout, a trail walk is a pretty easy suggestion.
Coming In on BART or the 580 and 680 Interchange
Pleasanton sits right where I-580 and I-680 meet, which makes it reachable from almost every direction. Drivers from Danville and Walnut Creek come down 680, while people from Livermore and Hayward use 580.
BART has two stations on the city's northern edge, one east and one west. Both are a short ride from downtown rather than a walk, so plan on a bus, a rideshare or a friend with a car for the last stretch. The ACE train also stops in Pleasanton near the fairgrounds, mostly during commute hours.
Your neighbors in Livermore have their own lineup with a winery terrace and a farm, which you can browse on the Livermore singles events page. Heading north, the Walnut Creek mixers are a quick drive up 680.
